Horrible, horrible night's sleep. Hyatt's bed did not work for me! I estimate I got 3 hours sleep. Although I caught 2 cat naps on the flight, this is not where I need to be rest-wise for Saturday's race!

Nice morning on sore legs, lower abs and hips from yesterday's run. Post-run ice bath helped but still had residual soreness. Managed to keep my heart rate ~135 for the entire run; a little lower most of the time.
