Ran this on the treadmill at CFB Family Life Center. Listened to personal financial planning podcasts all the while. Incline set at 1.5 throughout. Since 60' is the maximum time allowed had to combine 2 separate runs to get 75'. I think the combined distance per the treadmill was around 6.8M. I never trust a treadmill odometer as they are usually incorrect.

Felt fine.
