Doctor's orders - test run: 50% distance & 50% effort
First run back after tearing my left hamstring doing intervals two weeks ago. It's still not completely healed and I'm going to have to keep reminding myself to be extremely careful. The reality is there's nothing to be gained this week if I push too much and reinjure it.
Oh, almost forgot to mention ... ran with my new Mio Link for the first time today. It seemed to work well. I think I'm going to like having my heart rate monitor on my wrist instead of chest.
