Notes I felt good out there today. Scheduled for 5 but added on a little extra. Really bridled myself over the middle miles but let it go over the last couple. I'm feeling stronger. I haven't missed a run since the beginning of my comeback four weeks ago. It feels like my cardio fitness is returning faster than the muscle-bone-joint-fascia fitness.

Here's the proposed training plan for this week: Mon - 3 mi. Tue - 3 mi. Wed - 5 mi. Thu - 5 mi. Fri - off Sat - 5 mi. Sun - off After a couple more weeks of base building, the plan is to add speedwork to the mix.
