Sat down with the calendar yesterday. There are 99 days until the marathon. I've obviously had a training setback which I won't be able to recover from so I retooled my plan. I believe it's do-able so long as my health and strength cooperate. Should be an interesting experiment.
I haven't looked at my splits from this run yet but I'm fairly certain I ended up with a positive split. No, that's not good. Especially when the overall pace was slow and my pacing was all over the board. The good news is that it can only improve and tighten up over the next few months.
