Starting marathon training 46 days before the event can't be a good idea, right? We'll see how I hold together.
It felt fairly good this morning. Got a good downpour over the last third of the run. That's what I needed ... a good rain run. Really ... it felt good. With this week's forecast, I may get more opportunities.
