Notes | OBJECTIVE 4M LHR < 133 bpm My body and brain was telling me I needed a break. My left hamstring and left heel have been nagging. I'm also concerned that I'm dealing with the same thing (undiagnosed) that sidelined me last year at this time. That situation resulted in an incorrect diagnosis (adult onset asthma). I'm tryiing to be scientific about it and figure out what the problem is myself. My current theory is that I'm allergic to mold or spores or something that is more prevalent in winter than other times of the year. To be continued .... |
