Training Schedule: June 25 - June 31
Here's the proposed training plan for this week:
Mon - 3 mi.
Tue - 3 mi.
Wed - 5 mi.
Thu - 5 mi.
Fri - off
Sat - 5 mi.
Sun - off
After a couple more weeks of base building, the plan is to add speedwork to the mix.
