Notes | OBJECTIVE 9M @ 8:18 - 9:11 Hopefully getting back into the saddle after having my training rhythm broken last week. During the first mile decided to turn this into a cutdown run in an effort to keep it easy. Yes, I know that doesn't sound intuitive. But I figured it force the early miles to be slower than they would be if I just let "feel" dictate. Wanted the first mile to be 9:11 then cut 7 seconds per mile the rest of the way. Glad I approached it this way. Was feeling tired with a little less than 2 miles to go. Attributing that primarily to lack of nutrition this morning and sleep last night. Beautiful day! |
