Notes | OBJECTIVE 60' @ 137 ±5 bpm My pursuit of "gaming" the heart rate workout continues. Go fast while you can = make walking rests longer. Go slow from the start = heart rate still goes up so overall pace slows as you go. All of this is intuitive, of course. But to see it in action and pull the overall pace back to virtually the same place over many workouts is pretty amazing. Human body! |
