I don't know when my last track workout was; probably at least a year ago. And it's probably been 3 years since I was doing track workouts consistently. I wore both Garmins (205 and 110) not because I'm a nerd but because I wasn't sure which would best capture the intervals. I like the 205 because the whole workout an be input in advance and there's no need to be pushing buttons during the workout. The 110 is smaller and I believe more accurate but doesn't have the pre-programming ability and the light doesn't stay on (needed in the dark). There is construction on the KHS campus so I had to go to the back side to get in. Extra time and distance .... Actually felt pretty good during this one even though it's been a long time. It will be interesting to see how my body recovers. |
