Notes | Turned this into another "informal" progressive run. For some reason my mind seems to enjoy the run better if it's engaged rather than wandering. Pace Targets (per mile) (x)/8:37/8:37/[8:37 - (x-8:37)] Felt pretty good this morning. I'm two weeks into this running reboot and hopefully, this week, I'll be able to feel that the rust has been knocked off for the the most part ... then I can get down to the business of training again. Day 1 of the Week = so far; so good. |
