"Every runner's greatest opponent is the wall--the wall of fatigue, that is. The goal of training is to push the wall of fatigue by increasing the maximum pace one can sustain from the start line to the finish line of a race. The goal of race execution is to actually run as fast as possible without hitting the wall before reaching the finish line. It's that simple."

Richard Bouchard Memorial 10k
The course changed this year. I think Satan was the race director! The course was tough! Hills, dozens of turns, wind .... It was all in play.
Garmin had my time at 42:11. Not exactly what I was looking for but I'll take it on this course on this day.
Sixth overall; age group winner. Sent from my BlackBerry Wireless

You will probably be sore tomorrow - you aren't used to any hills.
Good job sonny, glad you came to run & share some time with family.
