Hit all of my times today. Felt pretty good. It seems I've got my fitness calibrated accurately because this workout was "do-able" but required significant, focused effort. I probably need to go back in to see Dr. CadeƱa for some active release therapy. My calves and Achilles seem to be extremely tight; particularly my left.
