After Saturday's my legs felt like they had been through a meat grinder. This persisted through the day on Sunday. Clearly they're not used to the pounding of road running.
Today's run seemed like I was pretty much on one leg. I was feeling everything on my left leg as "tweaked out" ... hamstring, IT band, Achilles, calf, etc.
I don't have a clear path or plan for getting myself ready for the marathon from here. Just playing it be ear ....
