Slight Improvement

After a really good night's sleep, I'm feeling a bit better today. My legs even had a slightly perceptible bounce this morning. However, I'm still slower than scheduled pace and behind in mileage this week. I'll either run at Memorial Park tonight or in the morning (originally scheduled as an off day).

Keep up the good training. Remember, too, the heat/humidity are begining to rear their ugly heads....I've read it takes 2 weeks to acclimate to the warm temps....so keep perserving!

Good point about the heat index (warmer temperatures in combination with higher humidity). I've wondered if this may be what's slowing me down. My tentative conclusion is that it's not.
