Treadmill workout. Incline at 1.5. Just toggled pace to keep heart rate below 132. Wore chest strap and used Mio Link. That's the first time I've used both at the same time. They were generally in sync but had a few wild fructations here and there but generally not at the same time.

Hamstring had an ever-so-slight hint of tightness but was mostly unnoticeable. Although I'm not a treadmill fan, this was probably the right place for me today (and maybe for future aerobic base runs through this cycle).
