Notes This was a very good run. But that isn't how it started ....

I had an upset stomach over the first 3+ miles. Essentially the same as Monday when a tried a new pre-run meal of cream of rice, whey protein isolate and peanut butter. I either ate way too much (both days) or something in that combination doesn't settle with me. I'll probably try a lighter version of the same when I get a chance. I'm also wondering if the pre-run meal was a factor in feeling so solid over the last 4 miles of this one.

Always something to learn out on the roads ....

Next week is going to be challenging from a running perspective .... Whatever I end up doing, it's likely I won't be syncing up until next weekend.
