"Every runner's greatest opponent is the wall--the wall of fatigue, that is. The goal of training is to push the wall of fatigue by increasing the maximum pace one can sustain from the start line to the finish line of a race. The goal of race execution is to actually run as fast as possible without hitting the wall before reaching the finish line. It's that simple."

Pictures from Saturday's Seabrook Lucky Trails Half Marathon
Those are pretty good and you are even smiling in a couple of them - did you know they were taking them? (All good except the necklace but you already know my feelings on that one - where is it by the way?)

I think you must have hid the necklace from me!
I did know the photographer was there but I wasn't specifically smiling as a pose for the pictures. It was more of a smirk.
