Training Schedule: May 13-19

This week is all about tapering for Saturday's half.

S-Rest
M-Weights (am) / Easy Run-3M @ 9:00 (pm)
T-Rest
W-5M including 1 warm; 3 tempo @ 7:40; 1 cool
T-Rest (fly to Utah)
F-Rest (runners' pre-race expo)
S-7 am start: Ogden half marathon
S-Recover (fly to Houston)
