Notes | OBJECTIVE 2M WU @ 9:12-10:27 4 x 30" @ "relaxed sprint speed" w/2' active recoveries 2M CD @ 9:12-10:27 Ran to the church, made a loop then went inside to hit the treadmill. Using 6:17/mile as my "relaxed sprint speed", set the 'mill at 6.0 incline and 7:33/mile. Repeats were so short. Felt fine. On the cool down going back home, left calf seriously tightened on me. Was hobbling by the time made it to the house. I'll need to monitor it. It doesn't feel like an injury; rather, just a really tight muscle. Hopefully that's all it is. |
