failed out after 1.5 repeats


Missed yesterday for no good reason. Ran to the gym. Hit treadmill but had NOTHING for the first repeat. Recovered then went for #2 but failed out half way through. I have no idea what the problem was. I simply couldn't keep up. The pace felt too fast and I had no energy. Tree pollen has been off the chart and I haven't slept well since Sunday's change to daylight savings time. I don't know ... just a couple theories.

Eased way back for a couple more minutes on the treadmill. Went into the exercise room and did cannonball cooldown routine. Headed for home but realized I wasn't even going to get the distance for the day so figured at a minimum, I could log slow, easy miles for the 5.5 mile total.
