Notes | OBJECTIVE 60' @ ≤ 132 bpm Felt fine out there today. Second aerobic base run with the new target heart rate of 132 or less. Pleased with the overall pace. Believe it compares favorably with the pace during the same workouts when I started heart rate training months ago. The difference is the heart target for those runs was 132 ± 5 bpm. |
