Continuing my reassessment of training paces ....

Adjusted my lactate threshold up 5 bpm to 147. Threw in a ±5 bpm for cushion. Actually felt like I did something productive this morning.

Felt comfortably "medium".

I think the recalibration for heart-rate-dictated training paces should help show improvements. And keep me engaged and feeling productive.
