| Notes | OBJECTIVE WU 1.5 mi. 4 x 1k @ 6:46 CD 1.5 mi. ACHIEVED WU 1.56 mi. 642 / 645 / 640 / 629 CD 1.15 mi. I went it this workout with far too casual of an approach and attitude. Somehow I thought cooler temperatures and "only" 4 1k repeats at 5k pace would a breeze. I'm not sure how I got to that thinking but it did not serve me well! Also realized Garmin 110 doesn't convert pace from minutes per kilometer into minutes per mile. So I was trying to do the math in my head. The result being I was trying to run each km in 4:03 when I should have been running them in 4:13. Yes, that will make things seems a bit harder! | |||
