| Notes | OBJECTIVE 8 mi. Back in Houston and reacquainted myself with a bayou path from the Cypress Creek YMCA. It was a decent run in comfortable temperatures (although occasion light mist). Bad news as later in the afternoon I injured my left knee playing basketball with the Martinson's. Not certain of the severity but it's not good. | |||
