Good run this morning. Temperature was in the mid-70's with some humidity along the Lakefront. Tried to focus on keeping the target pace with the smallest deviation possible. Felt strong over the first 3 reps. Working harder coming back. This one was something of a confidence booster.
I took yesterday off from running and skipped the scheduled 5-mile recovery run. My current plan is to get the mileage tomorrow on my scheduled off day.
