"Every runner's greatest opponent is the wall--the wall of fatigue, that is. The goal of training is to push the wall of fatigue by increasing the maximum pace one can sustain from the start line to the finish line of a race. The goal of race execution is to actually run as fast as possible without hitting the wall before reaching the finish line. It's that simple."

The clip is generally funny but there are two lines in it that just kill me.
First, in the chaos when everyone is scrambling after the shots one guy asks, "Is this an eco-challenge?"
Then at the very end when they're talking about the shots coming from a rifle rather than a pistol, the very last comment is, "It sounded like it had a scope."
These guys are very funny. They are the Sklar brothers and used to have a show on ESPN called Cheap Seats.
