Must be race time. I'm having all my classic pre-race doubts.

Wow! This pace is really fast and I'm only running 5 miles. How can I run 30 seconds per mile faster over 26.2?

What is that tighness in my knee? I've never felt that before. Why are calves so tight? There's no reason they should be.
