Recovery run from yesterday's pounding. Not as hot or humid this morning; still a challenging run. My left hamstring was balky. Hoping it's not anything serious. I stopped at the high school track to assess the progress (actually hoped to find it open). It's still not finished but workers were getting ready to start their day. The track was unmarked and looked like black asphalt from the distance so I guess they still need to surface it with rubberized asphalt (I doubt what I was seeing was really black asphalt - just couldn't tell much looking through the fence).
