Nice morning. Easy run. While I was out this morning, thought about my goal for the Seabrook Half. Preliminarily targeting 1:35. It's a little disappointing to set that target after hitting my 1:28 PR last September but realistically that's probably the best I can shoot for. I'll have a better idea after 3 weeks of training.
