Paige said you're doing the Ogden Half! Maybe I'll attend this year (as an observer, of course) Tim is running. He took off a whole year, per my request, and is antsy to get back in the game. Hope your future prep gets better :)

Yes, it was a big run and I'm still trying to recover! ha

I'll be running the half in Ogden. Official training starts Monday.

Glad to hear Tim's back at it. Thank you for giving your approval. I think Brandon is training for the marathon this run. So it will be fun to have a few people from the 'hood running and cheering.

Participating as a spectator seems a bit frustrating but Paige and my parents say there's usually a lot of drama playing out at the finish line so it's interesting.

I didn't have time to post the details of my computer woes, work challenges, and general malaise with regard to running this week.

Hopefully my loyal and dedicated readers (ha, I know no one reads this ... and that's fine with me) realized that I have spared them the gory details!
