"Every runner's greatest opponent is the wall--the wall of fatigue, that is. The goal of training is to push the wall of fatigue by increasing the maximum pace one can sustain from the start line to the finish line of a race. The goal of race execution is to actually run as fast as possible without hitting the wall before reaching the finish line. It's that simple."

Austin Marathon Pictures
Look here for my pictures from the Austin marathon
These weren't as bad as I envisioned they might be! Note my specialized racing facial hair. It was Paige's favorite part about this marathon ... NOT!
Thank you Becky - some people at Cory's work told him it looks good and he would rather believe them than his own wife (and sister)! It was horrendous! When he finally shaved I couldn't stop staring at his cute face, it made me so happy.

I'm not a big fan of the facial hair, either...
but the pictures are good!
The Ogden marathon is full, but Steph said she could get you in if you are interested.

Brandon,
Can you get Steph to "slip me in the back door" of the half marathon or should I deal with her directly? I don't have contact information for her.
