Just wanted to run for an hour to test left hamstring. First 4 miles, no problem. Then I started feeling it slightly. Just felt "over-stretched". By the time I hit last 2 miles, not feeling all that good.

Did cannonball routine yesterday. Plan to do it again today. Also, try icing morning and night.
